2026 Solo Exhibition "Little Memories"
Jul 06 - Aug 15 at Dougherty Arts Center, Austin TX
Opening Reception: Jul 8, 7-9 pm
Artist Talk: Aug 12, 7-9 pm
The collection is inspired by childhood memories shared between the artist Zoee and her children. Through her whimsical interpretation of childhood, Zoee aims to remind adults of the valuable lessons we can learn from the unfiltered perspective of a child—the beauty in simplicity, the magic in the mundane, and the boundless optimism that colors every experience.
In a world that often rushes past the mundane, her paintings serve as a gentle reminder of the magic inherent in simplicity. By celebrating the innocence and wonder of formative years, Zoee hopes to inspire a renewed appreciation for the subtle joys that surround us.
